All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery

• Express Delivery (if available): 1–3 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order details. Any available free shipping offers will be clearly shown at checkout.

For international shipments (if applicable), customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available within Lebanon. Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct before completing your order. Xzoga Lebanon is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.
