The Gekidaki Dropper 50°FALL NO.2.5 features a unique 50-degree fall angle that creates a more aggressive, darting descent compared to standard droppers—the trigger squid can't resist. Dropper Egi Techniques for Squid:
Tandem Rig Setup: Attach the dropper Egi 50–80cm above your main Egi. This creates a school effect that triggers competitive feeding behavior in squid
Shaku-Shaku (Jerk-Pause): Sharp upward jerks of 30–50cm followed by controlled slack-line falls. The 50° fall angle creates an aggressive darting action that triggers strikes
Stay Fall: After the initial jerk sequence, let both Egis sink on a tight line for 3–5 seconds. This extended pause triggers cautious squid
50° Fall Advantage: The steeper fall angle imitates fleeing prey more realistically, triggering aggressive strikes from competitive squid
