The Clear Pink finish creates a translucent, natural appearance that excels in clear water and bright conditions, making it highly effective for targeting squid and calamari when they're feeding selectively or in high-pressure environments.

Egi Techniques for Squid:

• Shaku-Shaku (Jerk-Pause): Sharp upward jerks of 30–50cm followed by controlled slack-line falls. Squid attack during the descent—watch for line tension or sideways movement
• Stay Fall: After the initial jerk sequence, let the Egi sink on a tight line for 3–5 seconds. This extended pause triggers cautious squid
• Bottom Contact: Tap bottom, then immediately lift 1–2 meters. The silt cloud and erratic rise imitates fleeing prey
• Current Drift: In tidal flow, use minimal input—let the Egi work naturally with periodic lifts to maintain depth control

Rigging Notes: The NO.2.5 size is ideal for shallow to medium-depth applications and smaller squid species.
