The Pathos Ultimate Carbon Blades are built for experienced freedivers and spearfishers who demand elite-level performance, deeper dives, and maximum propulsion efficiency.

Compatible with all Pathos footpockets, now featuring a new superior rubber compound and special shoe trees to preserve shape and extend lifespan.

Carbon Fiber Fabric

Crafted from 285-T4 and 285-T2 pure Carbon Fiber — the optimal combination of high resistance and instant reaction. Bonded with premium epoxy resin for stiffness, reliability, and longevity. The 4X4 twill weave eliminates wrinkling and cracking, while the inner 2X2 weave ensures rapid recall.

Manufacturing Process

Each pair is thermally processed for 36 hours and cured at 8 tons of pressure for 24 hours. The result: a gloss surface that minimizes water friction and delivers highly reactive, high-performance propulsion.

Water Rails

Elastic side spoilers create a water channel that prevents lateral drift during deep dives — saving your energy where it matters most.

Flap-Shaped Edge

Tested over hundreds of hours, the flap-shaped edge adds an extra push at the end of each leg stroke, reducing effort compared to traditional concave designs.

S-Curve Design

Under pressure, the blade takes a full double-curved S-shape that maximizes flexibility, efficiency, and functionality — channeling the diver's power along the entire blade length.

28° Blade Angle
